Young Emerging artists

We’re looking for 10 emerging artists aged 18-25 to join us to create a new show.

Across 10 weeks we’ll share a range of immersive and interactive theatre techniques. You’ll work as an ensemble to create an immersive theatre experience which stretches beyond the traditional stage, culminating in an interactive live performance.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a professional director to develop your skills as a theatre maker 
  • Learn about interactive and immersive theatre practice
  • Create a production which responds to the world around us
  • Perform for a live audience

Who can join?
This project is an inclusive space for emerging artists aged 18-25 in the Liverpool City Region. 

You will have a keen interest in the arts. You might be studying or a recent graduate. You may have experience in youth theatre or amateur dramatics or are simply looking to further your training and experience.

Support with travel costs is available for those who need it.

When and where? 
This project is set over 10 weeks with all of the key dates and activities detailed below. We ask that you only sign up if you are available for the whole project.

To qualify for a place you must be:

  • Based in Liverpool City Region
  • Aged 18-25
  • Have a keen interest in performing arts
  • Available for all key dates
